3YEAR LL.B. COURSE
ADMISSION:
Pravas Manjari Law College offers 3 years LLB Degree Course in Six semesters having 30 papers in whole as per new curriculum by Bar Council of India & approved by Madhusudan Law University, Odisha. Admission into 1st yr LLB course is made after publication of +3 degree course result of Universities .The college has 240 approved seats in 3 years LLB course.
Application for admission:
Application form along with prospectus can be obtained from the office of Pravas Manjari Law College. Application for admission into 3years LL.B. Course is to be submitted within the notified from the date of publication of +3 degree Examination of Universities or within the specified date from reopening of the college after summer vacation.
Eligibility for admission:
Applicants seeking admission into 3yrs. LL.B. course must have passed +3 Degree Arts / Science / Commerce Examination or any other examination recognized by the University or UGC Approved University to be equivalent thereto, having secured at least 45% marks of the total marks in such exams. are eligible to apply for admission. However, in case of the SC/ST students this is relaxable to 40%.Provided that such a minimum qualifying mark shall not automatically entitle a candidate to get admission. He has to fulfill other institutional criteria, if any, fixed by the concerned college. Notification for admission will be available in Pravas Manjari Law College website i.e. www.pmlawcollege.in in the month of May or June.
READMISSION:
An eligible student is required to take readmission on deposit of fees in two semester every year. A student admitted into 3years LL.B. course is required to take readmission into 3rd & 5th semester course only when he became eligible. Students must follow the notice being issued by the college authority relating to dates for Form-Fillup and Fees of readmission or else his/her studentship may be ceased.
3 YEAR LLB OR 5 YEAR INTEGRATED LAW
TWO YEARS LL.M. COURSE UNDER CBCS:
ADMISSION:
Pravas Manjari Law College offers 2 years LLM Degree Course in Four semesters having 16 papers in whole as per new curriculum instructed by Bar Council of India & approved by Madhusudan Law University (i.e., CBCS), Odisha. Admission into 1st yr LLM course is made after publication of 3year LLB or 5year Integrated Law course result of Universities. The college has 24 approved seats in 2 years LLM course.
Course Structure
The LL.M. course is of two years which is divided into four semesters. This syllabus is prepared (on Choice Based Credit System) for Master of Laws (LL.M) examination. The 1st Semester shall cover the period from June to November & 2nd Semester from December to May and the 3rd Semester shall commence from June to November and 4th Semester from December to May.
